1. Propellers: Regardless of prop size, material, or make, our team of seasoned pros will quickly and affordably recondition your dented, bent, or even blade-severed prop.

2. Shafts: Our expert technicians can repair existing shafts as well as design and fabricate new shafts to the strictest standards for quiet, vibration-free, operation. Our unique ability to straighten any shaft up to 7 inches in diameter separates us of all competition.

3. Struts & Rudders: Tolerance specifications for struts and rudders are crucial to smooth running. Whether you require repairs to your existing struts and rudders or require the fabrication of new ones, our technicians will reduce drag, add strength, and improve power transference for components of any material from any driveline configuration.

4. Couplings: Repair, refitting and new fabrication of couplings of all sizes are performed regularly within our shop. Custom designs for all vessels are facilitated in our engineering department for vessels of all sizes.

We want all scheduled and emergency repairs to be as easy as possible. When we see a propeller for the first time, we assign it an H&H prop number and create an in-house file. That way, whether you need another emergency repair or just regular maintenance, we already have all the information in our database. You can even register and submit repair requests online.

SEASONAL MAINTENANCE

For those looking for preventative and end-of-season maintenance to make the next season go as smoothly as possible, let our Prop Doctor program set you up for success. We start by inspecting your propeller for damage and corrosion with both an in-person and 3D computer scan. If we find any issues, we work with our customers to find the best repair strategy to repair the damage. We then clean and balance the propeller before sending it back to you.
