Our team has decades of experience in propeller repair. Our craftsmen know how to work with all metal alloys used in the marine industry. We can skillfully braze bronze and other soft metals, weld steel and stainless steel, and perform heliarc assembly of aluminum and alloys to add replacement material without affecting tensile characteristics.

Once repaired, we use HydroComp Prop Expert software and 3–D MRI Propeller Mapping to determine precision propeller geometry for pitch, rake, track, blade spacing, thickness, and camber so that your repaired or reconditioned prop delivers synchronized blade loading.
